Janina Lawrence
Author | Editor | Storyteller
Welcome!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to stories that uncover the whispers of legacy and the unspoken connections that shape us. After over 20 years as an editor, I resisted the idea of stepping into the role of author myself, being a bit too comfortable playing supporting cast, but the stories that live within me finally insisted on being told.
I'm so glad you're here.
Meet Janina
Janina Lawrence is a storyteller at heart, drawn to the intricate bonds that connect us and the beauty of healing across generations. She works as an editorial consultant for healthcare and educational institutions, publishers, and social justice organizations. Creating space for all voices to be heard and represented accurately is one of her deepest passions.
Though she spent much of her career behind the scenes, Janina is embracing the joy of finding her voice while writing her debut novel. She lives in Nashville, TN, where she navigates the highs and lows of single parenthood, experiments with new recipes, and finds inspiration in the connections that bring people together.
